AI Grid supports Master’s students and doctoral candidates in the field of artificial intelligence by helping them develop their careers, covering travel expenses to its Europe-wide events, and fostering valuable networking opportunities. Aspiring AI talents are invited to apply and become part of the AI Grid community. As Germany’s network for promoting young researchers in artificial intelligence, AI Grid – funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) – offers exchange within highly specialised Micro Focus Groups on topics such as computer vision, machine learning, and natural language processing. In addition, top-tier AI experts – including members of L3S – provide mentoring to participants. Exclusive events such as Science & Innovation Tours, AI Hackathons, and Summer Schools in Europe’s AI hotspots further strengthen the network among AI talents.
