Wir schlagen eine neue Methode vor, die automatisierte maschinelle Lerntechniken (Automated Machine Learning, AutoML) nutzt, um Sensordrift auszugleichen. Auf diese Weise verbessert unser Ansatz die Genauigkeit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit von maschinellen Lernmodellen im Laufe der Zeit, selbst wenn sie sich die entwickelnde Sensordrift im Zuge von Sensoralterung verschlechtert. \nDar\u00fcber hinaus schlagen wir ein neuartiges Trainingsparadigma vor, um das Ausma\u00df der Sensordrift \u00fcber die Zeit hinweg in den Daten besser zu verstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Welches Problem l\u00f6sen Sie mit Ihrer Forschung?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir l\u00f6sen das Problem der Sensordrift, die auftritt, wenn die Messungen von Sensoren im Laufe der Zeit durch Umwelteinfl\u00fcsse, Alterung oder Kontamination ungenau werden. Diese Drift kann zu einer schlechten Leistung von Systemen f\u00fchren, die auf Sensordaten angewiesen sind. Unsere Forschung schl\u00e4gt eine Methode vor, mit der diese Drifteffekte automatisch erkannt und ausgeglichen werden kann, um sicherzustellen, dass die Ausgabe von maschinellen Lernmodellen genau und zuverl\u00e4ssig bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Was ist neu an Ihrer Forschung?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Gegensatz zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Methoden, die Sensordrift oft reaktiv behandeln, nutzt unser Ansatz automatisierte maschinelle Lerntechniken (AutoML), um Drift-Effekte proaktiv zu lernen und auszugleichen. Dadurch wird eine kontinuierliche Anpassung erm\u00f6glicht, die die langfristige Leistung von Systemen, die Sensordaten verwenden, verbessert. Unsere neuartige Trainingsstrategie stellt au\u00dferdem sicher, dass maschinelle Lernmodelle besser auf neue, unbekannte Driftmuster generalisieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Welche potenziellen Auswirkungen haben Ihre Ergebnisse?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unsere Ergebnisse k\u00f6nnen die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Genauigkeit von industriellen Systemen, autonomen Fahrzeugen und anderen intelligenten Ger\u00e4ten und CPS, die auf Sensoren angewiesen sind, erheblich verbessern.
