Das Thema: Wie l\u00e4sst sich ein Gleichgewicht zwischen Forschungsambitionen und Verantwortlichkeit erreichen, um vertrauensw\u00fcrdige KI zu f\u00f6rdern? Die Beiratsmitglieder lieferten wichtige Erkenntnisse, die die strategische Ausrichtung von L3S bei der F\u00f6rderung der KI-Forschung und des Technologietransfers untermauern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit der Einleitung des Strategieprozesses im Jahr 2023 hat L3S auf seinem starken Forschungsfundament aufgebaut, das durch erfolgreiche ERC-Zusch\u00fcsse, hochwirksame Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen und eine verst\u00e4rkte Einwerbung von Drittmitteln zur Unterst\u00fctzung eines globalen Netzwerks von \u00fcber 200 Forschern gekennzeichnet ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zu den j\u00fcngsten Meilensteinen z\u00e4hlen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und kausale Methoden in der Medizin<\/strong> Advancing AI and causal methods in medicine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KISSKI AI Service Center:<\/strong> Verbesserung der Datenverarbeitungsinfrastruktur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DAISEC:<\/strong> Unterst\u00fctzt KMU und regionale Innovationen im Bereich KI und Cybersecurity als ein European Digital Innovation Hub<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Research Excellence:<\/strong> 8 ERC-Grants in 10 Jahren und Engagement in Exzellenzclustern<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das L3S war ein Vorreiter im Bereich der generativen KI und forschte an gro\u00dfen Sprachmodellen (LLMs) und multimodalen Systemen, lange bevor ChatGPT und Copilot aufkamen.
