In diesem Forschungsprojekt geht es um die Frage, wie es Organisationen gelingt, aus einem gro\u00dfen, konkurrierenden Bewerberpool die richtigen Kandidaten auszuw\u00e4hlen. Wir wollen ein organisationssoziologisches Modell zur Bewertung und Auswahl und Auswahl von Nachwuchskr\u00e4ften f\u00fcr die empirische Fragestellung der Talentauswahl entwickeln.<\/p>\n

Systemtheoretische Organisationstheorie und Konventionssoziologie werden konzeptionell so verkn\u00fcpft, dass das Spannungsverh\u00e4ltnis zwischen gesellschaftlichen Normerwartungen (wie Geschlechtergerechtigkeit, Meritokratie etc.) und organisationalen Rationalit\u00e4ten analytisch greifbar wird. Bislang ist aus organisationssoziologischer Sicht nicht hinreichend gekl\u00e4rt, wie genau Organisation (als eigene Ebene der Ordnungsbildung) und normative Erwartungen so zusammenwirken, dass erstens Probleme aus Erwartungskonflikten zu L\u00f6sungen und L\u00f6sungen wiederum zu Problemen werden k\u00f6nnen, zweitens, was genau f\u00fcr wen ein Problem ist und drittens, wann das Problem als Problem und\/oder als L\u00f6sung gerahmt wird. Diesem theoretischen Projekt geht eine umfassende, prozessorientierte und multimethodische Feldforschung in zwei Organisationstypen voraus: Stiftungen und Kunsthochschulen.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
