Europäische Unternehmen brauchen einen sicheren europäischen Datenmarkt. Denn ohne Vertrauen in die Datensicherheit wird die Datenwirtschaft nicht in Gang kommen. Aber noch herrscht ein Mangel an vertrauenswürdigen Plattformen, um etwa Industriedaten sicher teilen und auswerten zu können. Hinzukommt das Problem unterschiedlicher technischer Standards, Qualitätsniveaus und Datenschutzbestimmungen. Das von der EU geförderte Projekt TRUSTS<\/em> soll Vertrauen schaffen und einen voll funktionsfähigen Datenmarktplatz errichten, der den Vorgaben der europäischen Datenschutz-Grundverordnung entspricht. Siebzehn Partner aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft bündeln dafür ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrungen. „Das TRUSTS<\/em>-Konsortium bringt Technologieanbieter zusammen, die bereits stark an großen nationalen Datenmarktprojekten beteiligt sind“, sagt Projektkoordinatorin Alexandra Garatzogianni vom Forschungszentrum L3S<\/em>. TRUSTS<\/em> baut auf den Plattformen International Data Spaces<\/em> und Data Market Austria<\/em> auf und erweitert sie um neue Funktionalitäten und Dienste. Weitere Plattformen können eingebunden werden.<\/p><\/p>\n

Als unabhängiger Plattformverbund untersucht TRUSTS<\/em> die rechtlichen und ethischen Aspekte des Datentauschs entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette - vom Datenanbieter bis hin zum Verbraucher. Drei Anwendungsfälle sollen das Potential und die Funktionsfähigkeit von TRUSTS <\/em>aufzeigen – getestet von sechs Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, darunter zwei Datenanbieter. Gleichzeitig sollen die Partner sicherstellen, dass die Plattform durch ein tragfähiges, konformes und wirkungsvolles Governance-, Rechts- und Geschäftsmodell unterstützt wird und die Ergebnisse über die Projektlaufzeit hinaus nachhaltig sind.<\/p><\/p>\n

TRUSTS <\/em>beginnt im Januar 2020 und wird vom Forschungs- und Innovationsprogramm Horizont 2020<\/em> der Europäischen Union finanziert. Die Partner sind in Österreich, Belgien, Zypern, Deutschland, Griechenland, Israel, den Niederlanden, Rumänien und Spanien ansässig.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
