Klimaneutralit\u00e4t unter erheblichem Transformationsdruck. Insbesondere Wohnungsunternehmen stehen vor der Herausforderung, Sanierungsma\u00dfnahmen und klimaneutrale W\u00e4rmeversorgung trotz begrenzter personeller und finanzieller Ressourcen effizient zu planen. Das Verbundprojekt CORE-KI entwickelt hierf\u00fcr KI-gest\u00fctzte Methoden zur Digitalisierung von Geb\u00e4udebest\u00e4nden, automatischen Erg\u00e4nzung fehlender Daten sowie Identifikation von Geb\u00e4udearchetypen. Aufbauend darauf werden intelligente \u201esmarte Schablonen\u201c entwickelt, die standardisierte Empfehlungen f\u00fcr W\u00e4rmepumpensysteme, Photovoltaik, Mieterstrommodelle und Quartiersl\u00f6sungen ableiten. Mithilfe datengest\u00fctzter Modelle werden CO\u2082-Einsparungen, Investitionskosten und Wirtschaftlichkeit verschiedener Sanierungsstrategien bewertet und zu optimierten Sanierungsfahrpl\u00e4nen zusammengef\u00fchrt. Ziel ist es, Wohnungsunternehmen bei der Priorisierung von Ma\u00dfnahmen zu unterst\u00fctzen, Planungsaufwand zu reduzieren und die Dekarbonisierung von Geb\u00e4udeportfolios deutlich zu
