Der Kern des Projekts ist die Entwicklung eines innovativen kaskadierenden Rahmenkonzepts, das zwei zentrale Modellierungsans\u00e4tze \u2013 mathematische und simulationsbasierte Modelle \u2013 vereint, um Planungs- und Entscheidungsprozesse zu optimieren. Dieser integrierte Ansatz erm\u00f6glicht eine pr\u00e4zisere Vorhersage und Planung von Logistikprozessen unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der spezifischen Herausforderungen, wie wechselhafte Wetterbedingungen und die Komplexit\u00e4t der Ressourcenverteilung. Ziel ist es, die Bauphasen effizienter zu gestalten, Kosten zu reduzieren und die Umweltauswirkungen zu minimieren. Durch die verbesserte Planungsgenauigkeit sollen Projektverz\u00f6gerungen vermieden und die Sicherheit auf den Baustellen erh\u00f6ht werden. \"OffshorePlan2\" strebt danach, einen neuen Industriestandard f\u00fcr die Planung und Durchf\u00fchrung von Offshore-Bauprojekten zu setzen und damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur F\u00f6rderung erneuerbarer Energien zu leisten.<\/p>\r\n
