The Science 2.0 Conference provides a unique networking platform bringing together all stakeholder groups affected by the digitization of Science.

Taking up the current debate on Open Science at the European Level, this year’s conference focusses on various perspectives of the European Open Science Cloud. To find answers to questions such as “What is the European Open Science Cloud and what is it not?” we will bring together different stakeholders affected by the European Open Science Cloud, including decision-makers from academia, science policy, researchers in technology, publishers, practitioners from memory organizations and academic libraries.

We will discuss the scientific and political dimensions of the European Open Science Cloud and show concrete scenarios and applications developed by the EU project EEXCESS.

We would be delighted to welcome you in spring in Cologne.
